Sales Manager( Concrete Machinery、Arial Work Platform)
Responsibility

Concrete Machinery:

 

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the concrete machinery sector.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, emerging trends, and competitors' activities.

  • Collaborate with senior management to set realistic sales targets and objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the construction, infrastructure, and heavy equipment industries.

  • Identify client needs and provide appropriate machinery solutions to enhance their productivity and efficiency.

  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for clients, showcasing the benefits of concrete machinery.

Sales Execution:

  • Generate new leads, follow up on potential sales opportunities, and close deals with customers.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in a professional manner.

  • Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial deals.

  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of concrete machinery to customers, coordinating with logistics teams.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the full range of concrete machinery, including batching plants, concrete pumps, and related products.

  • Work closely with the technical team to understand product specifications and customizations based on client requirements.

  • Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences to stay current with technological advancements in concrete machinery.

Team Leadership and Training:

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, setting performance goals and monitoring their progress.

  • Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team on the technical aspects of concrete machinery.

  • Foster a collaborative work environment to ensure effective teamwork and communication.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges.

  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and improve overall performance.

  • Present sales forecasts, budget plans, and market analysis to senior management.

  • Work closely with internal departments, including Marketing, Operations, Parts, Service, HR, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics, to ensure seamless coordination.

  • Undertake additional job roll-related tasks as necessary to support the company's mission and operations.

  • Carry out additional tasks as requested by management.

 

Arial Work Platform :

 

Strategic Sales Planning and Execution

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy specifically for Aerial Work Platform machines, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, vertical mast lifts, and telehandlers.

  • Set annual and quarterly sales targets aligned with the market potential for AWP machines.

  • Perform market research to identify growth opportunities, analyze competitors, and determine customer needs within the AWP sector.

Product Expertise and Solutions Selling

  • Act as a product expert, understanding the technical specifications, safety features, and applications of AWP machines in industries such as construction, logistics, warehousing, and maintenance.

  • Provide tailored solutions to clients, addressing their specific needs for working at heights.

  • Stay informed about advancements in AWP technologies, including electric, diesel, and hybrid models.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, facility managers, rental companies, and industrial clients who rely on aerial work machines.

  • Conduct site visits to understand operational challenges and recommend the right AWP machines for the job.

  • Manage post-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction with product performance and service.

Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities in sectors requiring safe and efficient work-at-height solutions.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote AWP machines through targeted campaigns, trade shows, and demonstrations.

  • Negotiate and close contracts for the sale or rental of AWP equipment, maintaining profitability and adherence to company policies.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead and support a sales team (if applicable), providing training on AWP product features, selling techniques, and customer engagement.

  • Work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and maintenance of AWP machines.

  • Partner with suppliers or manufacturers for stock planning, warranty claims, and technical support.

Reporting and Performance Analysis

  • Generate detailed sales reports, analysing performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback.

  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales forecasts, pipeline opportunities, and competitive positioning.

  • Monitor and optimize the sales process, reducing lead-to-close timelines and increasing efficiency.

  • Work closely with internal departments, including Marketing, Operations, Parts, Service, HR, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics, to ensure seamless coordination.

  • Undertake additional job roll-related tasks as necessary to support the company's mission and operations.

  • Carry out additional tasks as requested by management.

Qualifications

Concrete Machinery:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A technical background in mechanical engineering is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of concrete machinery or heavy equipment in the construction industry.

  • Strong understanding of concrete batching plants, pumps, mixers, and related machinery.


Arial Work Platform:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Technical training or certification in AWP machines (preferred).

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales within the aerial work platform, heavy equipment, or construction equipment industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Sales Specialist
Responsibility
  • Market Research: Conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging market trends. Gathering information on customer needs and preferences to inform sales strategies.


  • Sales Development: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to generate leads, acquire new customers, and increase market penetration. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients

  • Product Presentation: Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our company's products and their features, advantages, and benefits. Delivering persuasive presentations to potential customers, highlighting how our products meet their specific requirements

  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Engaging in negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions. Effectively addressing objections and concerns while ensuring customer satisfaction. Closing deals and achieving sales targets

  • Customer Relationship Management: Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process. Building long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving any issues that may arise

  • Sales Reporting: Providing regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to management. Analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and proposing strategies to enhance sales performance

  • Business Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. Representing the company professionally and effectively networking with potential clients

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure smooth coordination and fulfillment of customer orders. Providing valuable feedback from the market to aid in product development and innovation.

  • Collaborating with other internal teams such as marketing, credit control, technical service ,administration, finance,warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth coordination and fulfillment of customer orders

  • Perform other sales-oriented duties as required to support the mission and function of the company.


Qualifications
  • Deeply familiar with the construction machinery market in the Middle East, at least 5 years of industry market and sales experience

  • Professional in at least one of the following construction machinery products, familiar with technical principles, product structure, and industry application scenarios: mining machinery, heavy trucks, MWEP, tower cranes, concrete machinery, foundation machinery, sanitation machinery, road machinery, port machinery

  • Fully understand the product situation and market situation of competitors.

  • Familiar with the market demand of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and other key markets in MENA region, candidates with important customer resources are preferred

  •  Proficient in English and Arabic.
