Jakarta, TAMBANG – XCMG Indonesia presented a complete and integrated solution for heavy mining equipment at the Mining Expo 2025 in Jakarta on Wednesday (September 17th).

With the theme “Empowering Your Future”, XCMG together with local dealer GMT marks its 12th appearance at the show. Over 20 flagship machines take center stage across a 2,250㎡ booth, drawing massive attention as a symbol of China’s strength.

XCMG Indonesia President Director & General Manager Kong Qingchao explained that at this exhibition, XCMG specifically introduced a complete green mining solution with a "green + intelligent" approach as its two main approaches.

"At this exhibition, XCMG Indonesia is presenting a complete environmentally friendly open-pit mining solution, embracing the concepts of electrification and digitalization," said Kong Qingchao at a press conference at JiExpo, Kemayoran, Jakarta.

XCMG officially launched three new products for the Indonesian market at the exhibition, including:

lXE750GK HEV hybrid excavator, the industry’s first 75-ton hybrid model，

lXGE150 pure electric wide-body truck, zero-emission and 50% faster than traditional 6x4 dump trucks,

lXC9108EV pure electric loader, the world’s largest, powered by a 700 kWh fast-charging battery.

"As a pioneer in integrated open-pit mining equipment solutions, XCMG Group currently has a high-end product line covering mining excavators, mining trucks, drilling rigs, bulldozers, motor graders, and crushing and screening equipment, forming a complete system for excavation, transportation, and supporting operations," he added.

XCMG has implemented a large-scale deployment of pure-electric heavy equipment at a mining project in Indonesia. Currently, 20 units of XCMG electric equipment are operating at the project, exemplifying the green transformation of the local mining industry. The person in charge stated in a media interview that XCMG is rooted in Indonesia and has always focused on "local needs", fully participating in the high-quality development of Indonesia's mining industry from product research and development to scenario applications.
