Recently, one of the world’s premier and most visually spectacular indoor off-road motorcycle events—the FIM SuperEnduro World Championship—officially kicked off at its Stockholm, Sweden stop. As the championship made its debut in Sweden, XCMG joined forces with its Swedish dealer to deeply integrate into the local motorsports ecosystem, delivering comprehensive solutions from track construction to event support and providing a complete “XCMG Solution” for this world-class competition.

Featuring steep short climbs, continuous obstacles, and low-speed, highly technical corners, the track placed extremely stringent demands on construction quality. Soil moisture content had to be maintained at 8–12%, compaction density at 85–90%, ensuring the surface neither collapsed nor compromised traction. When extreme sports meet heavy-duty engineering, the equipment tasked with building such a track faces a true test. XCMG’s full range of equipment showcased its technological prowess on Europe’s high-end competitive stage, with each machine performing in close coordination during track construction.
The XE260E excavator, equipped with a specialized boom and large-capacity bucket, enabled operators to efficiently complete soil spreading and shaping without repeatedly repositioning the machine.
The XC968EV electric wheel loader and XE270EV electric excavator, flagship models in XCMG’s new energy lineup, delivered smooth operation and rapid response, undertaking critical tasks such as building large ramps and compacting the track surface.
The XC7-TV12 tracked skid steer loader, with superior off-road and climbing capabilities, adapted easily to complex terrain while minimizing surface damage, significantly improving efficiency in soil compaction and loosening.

During the competition, equipment reliability proved essential for on-site maintenance. Due to frequent landings and impacts, the track required repairs every 20–30 minutes. XCMG machines remained on standby at all times, entering the track immediately after each race to restore conditions and ensure a safe, stable environment for riders. The skid steer loaders, fitted with a ripper rake and bucket combination, demonstrated outstanding performance in repairing the track and restoring surface elasticity.

Event Director Tom Burwell commented: “XCMG equipment operated continuously with remarkable reliability. Its stability exceeded expectations and ensured that pre-race preparations were completed on schedule and to a high standard.” Several end customers attended the event on site, and the dealer revealed that multiple equipment orders were secured on the day, further strengthening XCMG’s brand influence in the European market.
