BEIJING, China, Jan. 27, 2026 — XCMG Group participated in the Sixth Meeting of the China–Finland Innovative Enterprise Cooperation Committee, held on January 26 in Beijing, as part of activities accompanying Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo’s official state visit to China.



The meeting was jointly hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and Finland’s Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. Prime Minister Orpo and Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao attended the closing session and delivered keynote remarks underscoring the importance of bilateral cooperation in innovation, green development, digital transformation and sustainable growth.


As a leading brand in China’s machinery manufacturing sector, XCMG was invited to attend the meeting and related business engagements, joining more than 120 representatives from 29 Chinese and 20 Finnish enterprises and industry associations.


During the event, Chinese and Finnish business leaders engaged in in-depth discussions on expanding cooperation in technology innovation, environmental solutions and digital economy sectors, and several commercial agreements were signed to strengthen practical collaboration.

“China and Finland share a long-standing partnership grounded in innovation, mutual respect and forward-looking cooperation,” said a representative from XCMG. “XCMG’s transformation toward high-end, intelligent, green, globalized and service-oriented development resonates closely with the strategic priorities of this bilateral cooperation mechanism.”
