XCMG presented its latest digitalized, integrated solutions at SMOPYC 2026, Spain’s leading construction and mining machinery exhibition, which opened on April 15. The company showcased 32 products across seven categories within an 800 m² exhibition area, reinforcing its positioning as a provider of full-scenario solutions.

The display featured a broad portfolio tailored to European market demands, including lifting equipment, excavators, loaders, concrete machinery, road equipment, aerial work platforms, and forklifts. Among the highlights was the XC7-SR10 skid steer loader, designed to meet the specific requirements of the Iberian Peninsula, improving operational efficiency while reducing labor and equipment costs. XCMG also presented several electric loaders and its “Kunpeng” series forklifts, underscoring its progress in low-emission, low-noise technologies.
Concrete equipment developed by XCMG Schwing for the European market was also on display, designed to meet stringent local standards for safety and environmental performance. Featuring optimized hydraulic systems and a 5RZ folding boom structure, the equipment is engineered for efficient operation in confined urban and indoor environments.

XCMG’s participation drew attention from Spanish industry media, including Interempresas. Ahead of the exhibition, the company joined an industry roundtable hosted by leading rental firm GAM, where discussions focused on digital transformation and sustainable development.

Company representatives stated that digitalization remains central to XCMG’s strategy, supporting intelligent manufacturing, improving lifecycle value for customers, and advancing its localization efforts in Europe.

XCMG also hosted a partner event during the exhibition, recognizing key collaborators and signing several cooperation agreements. The company said its presence at SMOPYC 2026 reflects its ongoing commitment to the European market and its focus on delivering green and intelligent solutions for infrastructure development.
