SYDNEY, April 17 — The National Diesel Dirt & Turf Expo (DDT) officially kicked off in Sydney on April 17, with XCMG taking center stage to present its latest intelligent and new energy construction equipment solutions. Under the theme "Green Intelligence for a Better World", XCMG Group highlighted its advanced manufacturing prowess to the Australian market through a diversified lineup of smart, low-carbon products tailored for the region.

Localized Solutions Built for Australian Job Sites

XCMG adopted a targeted localization strategy to closely align with Australia’s strict environmental standards and growing demand in infrastructure and earthmoving projects. The company focused on lightweight, electrified and compact machinery, developing customized green construction solutions that fit local working conditions.

Responding to Australia’s trend toward smaller-scale and eco-friendly construction, XCMG created an immersive "mini job site" display. Centered on its lightweight electric excavator, the showcase was complemented by aerial work platforms, small rollers and loading machinery, delivering efficient, all-scenario solutions in a compact footprint.

Green Construction Made Accessible

Intelligence and sustainability defined XCMG’s exhibition highlights. Its new energy product matrix, led by electric excavators, integrates advanced electric drive, intelligent control and Internet of Things technologies. These innovations represent XCMG’s full-value-chain breakthroughs, spanning core components, complete machine development and the transition from manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.

Professional On-Site Support Empowers Customers

A dedicated team of technical support specialists and product managers was on-site to provide one-on-one briefings and demonstrations, ensuring visitors fully understood the operational and environmental value of XCMG’s intelligent green equipment.

One visitor commented: "XCMG has made green and intelligent technologies very clear at this exhibition. I test-drove the lightweight electric excavator and was impressed by its handling. You can really see their solid expertise in electric drive and intelligent control."

The expo has opened an in-depth dialogue between XCMG and the Australian construction industry, serving as an open platform for global cooperation and technological exchange.

XCMG expressed its readiness to work alongside global partners to unlock more innovative achievements and expand mutually beneficial business opportunities worldwide.
